Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information. Because ITIN Lending connects you with lenders and lead-buying partners who pay us, our matching of your request can be considered a sale or share of personal information under California law. This page tells you how to opt out.
What we share, and with whom
When you submit our form, we may share the contact and financing details you provide (such as name, phone, email, state, ZIP, loan type, and the general financial ranges you select) with the lenders and lending marketplaces listed on our Lender & Marketing Partners page, so they can contact you with offers. We do not collect or share your Social Security number or ITIN number.
How to opt out
You can opt out in either of these ways:
- Email us. Send a request to bguillow@gmail.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share" and include the name, phone, and email you used, so we can find and suppress your record. We honor verified requests within the timeframe California law requires.
- Use a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing for that browser. See the status detected for your current browser below.
Opting out of sale/sharing does not stop contact from lenders you were already matched with before you opted out; to stop that outreach, follow the steps on our Partners page (reply STOP to texts, ask callers to stop, or email us). For more on your rights, see our Privacy Policy.
